"I’ve purchased multiple items from your Utica branch. A few of the purchases went very well, but that last few have been a headache. Our new table was delivered months ago and when I got home from work I noticed a few corners were (chipped in assembly or transport) which were colored in with sharpie… also the brackets for our tv stand that holds the heater insert into place did not come with it and it’s been like pulling teeth to get them from the Utica branch on Mohawk street."
