"I saw a rat run from 1 part to another and was shocked so I was quietly trying to tell the young lady but she was acting like I didn't exist after calling her politely. The customers there saw what happened and they were saying that she is so rude and 1 an said I don't have to be so nice to her. Her attitude shows how ugly she really is. It's not her establishment which I understand, I was just trying to let her know what I saw so they could maybe get it under control but she was nasty. I mentioned the rat to another worker and was told that they already know about it and trying to control it. Seeing a rat running up and down in the store is not a good look for the store and having employees with nasty attitude makes it even worst!"

"A place where it all depends on the staff when you visit. Depending on the staff you can have a) a really good visit or a B) really bad visit. I don't come here often for that reason because if i am ordering takeout, i want a consistent (doesn't have to be perfect but it has to be better than average) good experience. And the experience here isn't consistent."

"If I could rate it a zero I would. Everything was horrible except for the fact that my order was ready when I got there. My fries were ice cold and I got the wrong dipping sauce. Waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to get sauce changed. My husband waited over 20 minutes after we got there for his mobile order which was ordered at the same time as mine. Then they claimed they called his order out multiple times before throwing it away. It was payed for but thrown in the trash? Big problem. Staff wasn't really paying attention to people at the counter at all. The tables were ALL dirty. There were no large lids for drinks. When I was at the counter trying to exchange my sauce the girl was rude and pretty only cared about whatever it was she was drinking. A young guy claiming to be the manager looked like he just crawled out of bed. Dressed in clothing that looked like pajamas, hair all over the place wearing an apron. Very rude and demeaning manner. Didn't want to deal with issues that were trying to be addressed with him. His attitude was no better than other employees. The only good thing that came out of this visit was seeing 2 UPD officers bring kids there for a meal and seeing how happy the kids were as they were saying what they wanted to eat."

"This McDonald's not only took $10 from me (despite paying with two $20 bills, they falsely claimed I used one $20 bill and one $10 bill), but my chicken sandwich also had mold on its bread. Furthermore, the service at the drive-through was extremely disappointing. Sadly I can’t give them a zero star or I would as they don’t even deserve a 1 star."

"I went to this location to use the internet while in town. I was shocked by the state of the place. We weren't offered assistance, so we used the kiosk and chose dine-in. When we received our food it was bagged. Not such an issue. The place was filthy though. Garbages were overflowing, there was food and garbage on the floor, tables and windows were dirty (didn't get many photos of that), yet I saw some employees just hanging around. A toilet in the women's room was full of a mess, and while I was in there an employee came in to fix her hair. She must've seen it, but an hour minutes later it was in the same condition. It was about 4:30pm on a Saturday and the place was not at all busy, nor was the drive-thru. I will try to avoid this location and you should too."
