"Bill is an all around good guy, who really knows his business. He helped us to sell our old house, and buy our dream home. First thing to know, he gets to know you personally, between all of the meetings, phone calls, and texts, he makes sure he understands your wants and needs. Not only that, but he is extremely family oriented, and got to also know my four kids, and never got annoyed with them (like most people do these days), he was always happy to see them, even if we just saw him in passing out in the community (he even snuck money to our youngest so he could buy snacks at a baseball game). He also is pretty flexible when it comes to getting ahold of him, there were many nights where I had questions well after business hours that he would be there to answer a phone call (as long as he wasn't busy with his family, which is commendable). So back to houses, he really knows his way around the business, and he isn't out to just "get a sale", there were houses we looked at that he pointed out things that would cost us down the road, and gave us his honest opinion on whether he thought buying the property would be a smart idea, without overstepping our thoughts on it. He dealt with our indecisiveness for months while we searched for what we wanted, and never got annoyed when we asked to see something more than once just to be sure it wasn't something we wanted. With all the different moving pieces that come with buying AND selling two different properties, he made everything as smooth as he could on his end, and even did a majority of the communication for us with the bank and attorney to get things moving. I highly recommend Bill if you're looking to buy or sell, either way, he is always looking out for you and getting you what you deserve. 10/10"
