"Our boiler was not working after we had the pilot light turned on - too much carbon monoxide! Another company sent a repairman (salesman really) who said they could not clean it nor guarantee that if the did try that it would keep working. All we could do was get new furnace! "We called Anchor Heating to look at the boiler when we bought our house. It wasn't working very well and we thought we would need to have it replaced. After looking it over, rather than tell us it needed to be replaced they told us that it is a good boiler that just needed a little fine tuning to get it running efficiently.
