"Called RFC to evaluate a clogged drain in a very old building. The guys were there very quickly to evaluate the situation, gave me a quote for the work right away and began. Unfortunately the pipe was too far gone and needed replacement. He gave me the most economical option for repair with a very fair price. "I live in Buffalo and came to my uncle’s home in Utica. He had a plugged sewer line that had backed up all over the basement!! I left messages to around 5 or 6 plumbers. The owner of RFC called me back promptly; said he could come the following day but understood if I was able to find another 24 hour plumber that day. As it turned out no one was available same day so I contacted RFC Contracting to come. The service was excellent. Mitch and Alex went above and beyond. They had to disassemble and lug heavy equipment down VERY OLD and almost impassable cellar stairs. They were helpful and patient and answered all my questions and offered suggestions for clean up and ways to save money with needed new part.
