"Keith & his crew re-shingled a my small steep pitched roof-- quickly, and for less $$ than I expected. It wasn't a big job, but after getting a quote Kieth showed up 3 days later and they were done in a half day, no fuss, no mess. So far so good! *knock on wood*"
"Jeff was recommended very highly for a siding and front porch job by Brucker. Was told he'd drop off some samples in a few days. Took a week after a few unanswered calls. Was told we'd have an estimate in a couple of days. Took over three weeks and many unanswered calls. Finally calls on a Thursday and says he didn't have us in his contacts and we were supposed to call Him. He says Sat btw 9 and 10 works best for him, so we made an appointment for two days later on Saturday to go over the estimate. Never showed, never called. That was three days ago. Seriously, if you don't want the job, just say so. Very unprofessional and a very poor work ethic. Don't waste your time or money with this business."
"Had my front porches repaired in 2016. Included were composite railing and posts downstairs Upstairs he repaired the railings in wood. Also put a rug downstairs and painted the wood. First I had to have the wood repainted in 2017 because it was all peeling. Called twice about the rug coming up and just had worker put a ton more nails also telling me he doesn’t want to be the one to change the rug.. Now there is a big dark spot in the rug. Now the railing post is leaning and cover keeps blowing off. These are new. Need to have the paint done again. I think they should have let it season before attempting to paint. I can’t believe they are supposedly “professional”"
