"Unfortunately I do NOT recommend Scott Dobrin for selling/buying a home. He's not a man of his word, he takes his time responding to your inquiries and concerns and truly does not care. I bought a home under his listing that was sold to me as if it was a foreclosure meanwhile I paid for the value of the home. The property was landscaped and maintained upon viewing the home. The moment the contract was signed, Scott stopped maintaining and monitoring the property resulting in me receiving the keys to the house with weeds 5 ft tall, with broken Corona bottles under the patio, a broken shed and so much more damage to the home due to unsupervised movers as the seller was an absentee. Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant and he didn't seem to care nor show any compassion. Scott took zero responsibility nor pride in the selling of this home. He behaved as if he was some sort of stuck up celebrity the entire time and played a selling game with me going back on his word for me to go back into a bidding war after I signed a contract in which he was able to play a game with me as the seller delayed signing a contract being in another state. The entire purchasing of this home was a nightmare. He did not represent the home I purchased with any respect, cleanliness nor dignity. I do NOT recommend Scott Dobrin Realty at ALL. And yes, this is a REAL review."
