"Bad experience. My flight was canceled due to weather conditions and they kept my money. Thieves. No consideration about any life situation even Expedia explained them about it. They still took my one night reservation money. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. AWFUL!!"

"I stayed here in June, it was not anything like the pictures. The AC was barely working the vents were clogged with dust. There were gnats in the bathroom the carpet was gross. I'm glad I only stayed 1 night if my mom wasn't so tired from traveling all day I would have found somewhere else."

"Stayed here for more than a week in the super deluxe room. Rooms 5/5 - from mattresses to flooring, from AC to microwave, from furniture to door locks, everything is new Security - You don't even need a physical key to enter, they give you an eKey for your phone. The entire hotel is CCTV monitored so that made me feel safe. Cleanliness - Whenever I stepped out in the hallways, I saw someone continuously vacuuming the floor. Breakfast - the best part - fresh fruits, yogurts, cereal, eggs, oatmeal, juices, waffles, and not to mention - tea, coffee, and hot coco Staff - housekeepers happen to be the sweetest ladies, and the receptionists are really helpful and respectful. I did see a couple of unruly guests trying to piss them off but I was amazed by the staff's calmness. Oh and did I mention - hot coffee available 24×7 in the lobby"

"If I could give a zero rating, I would definitely do that! The service was awful, but I want to talk about my refund experience. I had the worst experience with this hotel. I booked it for four days and paid through Expedia, and I also paid a security deposit on the check-in date. On the day I was checking out, the lady at the front desk charged me again for the whole stay! When I saw the charge on my credit card, I contacted them, and she said it was a mistake and that they would refund it along with the security deposit. After more than two weeks, I called them. I was on the phone for more than four hours! I reached out to the front desk several times. Every time, they either didn’t respond or put me on hold for a long time, and when I asked how long I should wait, the lady was so rude and said, “I told you to be on hold!” I reached out to the reservation department several times and talked to five different people, explaining the situation each time, but with the same result. Once, I was on hold for 30 minutes, and then they cut the phone off. I also reached out to their customer care twice, but they said it was not something they had control over and I should talk to the front desk! In the end, one person said that I would see my refund on my credit card that day, but still nothing has happened! I wanted to add this review so you know how irresponsible and disrespectful of your time people can be!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!"
