"This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with while I rented from them in Paulus Hook, Jersey City. They consistently neglected the upkeep of the backyard, leaving the grass to grow wild and unsightly. Repairs were a joke to them, as they took an eternity to address even the most basic issues. And worst of all, they INCREASED THE RENT BY OVER 60% and only gave us a mere 30 days to decide whether or not to renew the lease. This landlord's lack of responsibility, delayed repairs, and exorbitant rent hike exemplify their complete disregard for tenants' well-being. I strongly caution anyone considering renting from them to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a callous and unprofessional company. * I will gladly answer any questions with 100 truthfulness and honesty. *"

"The absolute worst company to rent from. First of all, they increased my rent by over 60 percent which I didn’t even know was legal in the state of NJ, but apparently it is if you rent from small buildings.They gave us 30 days to decide whether we wanted to pay an extra $1600 a month. Not to mention me being pregnant and figuring out where to live in 30 days. The apartment has dated appliances and 0 amenities, besides a shared backyard that they never maintained. They don’t care about their tenants and they are simply unresponsive."

"This is a horrendous management company. Avoid any of their rentals like the plague. Not only are the apartments filthy, but management will not respond to maintenance requests. Moreover, the apartments are infested with vermin including rats and mice, and they refuse to resolve the issue and will completely ignore your complaints. Lousy management, lousy landlord, terrible experience. It is a nightmare living in their places."

"Do not ever deal with this management company. They do not respond to requested, necessary repairs, and it's basically a frat house full of tenants in the building. Moreover, the place has a mice infestation that the management refuses to acknowledge, and fail to act upon to fix the problem. They will do whatever to woo you in, but once you sign on the dotted line, it's hell. There's no response whatsoever afterwards, and if God forbid you do complain, then you're blacklisted. The management company is pretty much a slum lord in Paulus Hook. Beware of this company and its rentals."

"Never in my life , will search them again. Have a bad experience with them. I talk to this lady named (Teresa) everything was nice at the beginning even i when look the aparment and set up everything, the same day she ask me make a payment for 55.00 to get my credit check, couple minutes after she told me i was aproved for getting the aparment. Then the next day we will going to move to exchange the rent & deposits for the aparment. But the time has arrived to meet us and she text and told me the i was not going to get the aparment. I got really angry because she make loose my time plus pay 19.oo for buying money orders. I an addition to that i ask her she must refund me $74.00 in total but now she does not answer me. Pls be avised this people is no serious dont even look for them for anything, if you do so you will have a hard time with your own money"
