"We had 3 land parcels listed with this brokerage over the last two years. The agent communicated very poorly including significant difficulty with email and coordinating communication with buyers. The broker then got involved and made alot of promises to do better, but the broker too then failed to communicate or respond to our emails and calls. I understand land is difficult to sell, but doing what you say you will do and responding to calls and emails, I believe is a fundamental part of customer service. To me this indicates a lack of integrity within the brokerage."
