"Yesterday I lose 20 dollars cash in the machine while I was trying to load a card. I asked the only staff member there at the time if she would help and she wouldn’t. She ignored me and wouldn’t listen to me. I asked her what she was going to do to help since I lost the money. I had to force her to take down my information so someone who can actually help me might. No one has reached out and the phone number listed isn’t in service. I want my money back. This is unacceptable. Not only to loose money but to be disrespected like that. Make this right it’s not fair. It’s your machine your business and you have a problem when your faulty equipment steals money from a paying customer."

"Not great to begin with. Today half machines not working. Machine to add money not working. Dryers not working. At this point the only thing going for it it's 24 hours. Owner needs to step up"

"I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 because of the air conditioner problem. This summer has been the hottest on record, and every time I have come this year, it has been over 100 degrees INSIDE the building, especially when there are no open dryers because they are all in use. It got so bad, and the justification is that opening the doors might somehow make it cooler inside, when it's 95 degrees outside. Those poor ladies in there look so miserable and overheated each time i go in. I saw one lady almost pass out because of the heat. Every time I say something about it, the employees only say "they are working on it." With a much money as I'm sure this company makes, this is unacceptable. It doesn't take all year and all summer to work on fixing an air conditioner. There has to be some time of OSHA concern or violation or something. If no one does anything about this, I'm going to complain to the department of labor or the BBB. I heard a new laundromat is opening up nearby, and if this is the best this place can offer, then I will be taking my business down the road. You would think that with new competition, laundry palace would be more proactive in retaining the customer base it has amassed over the years. Whoever the owner is should be ashamed of subjecting his workers and customers to this torture! At least we are only here for about 2 hrs. The workers are here all day!"

"Large place always busy. Showing signs of disrepair, and lack of care- dirty. And now LaundryPay app now doesn’t work. Found that out after I loaded money into the app, and no number listed to get a refund and the attendant would only say it doesn’t work and shrugged. More than a handful of machines out of order, too. Edit- new attendant started working before I left, said to come back when the manager was in and gave a time. Hopefully it gets resolved. Second edit- every time I go in (multiple times), the manager is not there. I have yet to get a refund and have money sitting that I can’t use because the WiFi still doesn’t work to use the app."

"is a nasty place is not healthy i dont know why they have a permit because i dont think that will pass inspection.im sorry for the owner but i think he has to put more atention in your employers are not friendlys and not clean good this place. but the place is big and really good to wash clothes fast because you can find a machine allways and other places are small and you have to wait a lot"
