Every time when I come to this dry cleaner store, I’m greeted and being treated with great respect and attention. For several years, I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner store to drop off my stuff and do alterations. Every single time when I come and pick up my stuff, all items are being returned in perfect condition, folded and hanged nicely and neat. I have been to other dry cleaners on East End of Long Island and nobody provides the same quality of service as Inga’s dry cleaners does. I highly recommend Inga’s dry cleaners to everyone who values a great quality for the services they pay."

"Sure, here's a negative review for a dry cleaning company in English: --- I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this dry cleaning company. I brought in a few of my favorite garments, including a delicate silk dress and an expensive wool coat, expecting them to be treated with care. However, what I got back was a disaster. The silk dress was returned with multiple stains that were not there when I dropped it off. It looks like the fabric was handled carelessly, and now it’s ruined. My wool coat came back with a strange smell, as if it was cleaned with cheap, substandard chemicals. Moreover, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. When I pointed out the issues with my clothes, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. They offered no solutions or compensation, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. The prices are also outrageous considering the poor quality of service. I expected a premium experience given the high rates, but what I received was far below acceptable standards. I will never use this dry cleaning service again and advise others to avoid it at all costs. Save your time, money, and precious clothing by going elsewhere."

"very nice owner but i will not lie and say that you can handle stains i agree with few other reviews up here. As and owner embrace that let your customers know stains are not your best skills i would rather you tell me that then you told me marker wouldn’t come out it would spread well 15 minutes home with item i paid 10$ for you to clean and possibly remove stains without damage which i was worried about doing. here is a pic of stains out and not spread like u said they would."
