"Brought my $1500 designer coat to this dry cleaners to then find out that it was either misplaced or stolen. After a few conversations with the owner Paul he I guess felt that he was somewhat responsible and did finally agree to pay me for half of the value of my coat. But I’m still very disappointed with my experience and how I was really never given an apology and had to fight for what I feel still wasn't enough. I will Never recommend anyone to this dry cleaner, but I am glad this is over."

"I only go there because it's so close to my house. I do think they're rather expensive for simple mends. In addition, I asked if the price was cash or credit since they have a sign that says "cash is discounted" and I was told it was the same. So I chose to pay with my credit card but was then charged a convenience fee and when I mentioned to the clerk that is what I was referring to, I got a blank look. I also mentioned the cash sign and she said that was only when I paid ahead of time, which I was never offered/asked and the sign does not say "ahead of time"."

"I first discovered this business when I was shopping around for a decent dry cleaners near my residence. I considered it based on what I read about it and its reviews. The prices and dry cleaning services are comparable to other places I have visited. My chief disappointment with this business is their advertised “expert tailoring” inside their establishment. I sacrificed four items of clothing to be taken in at the waist. The seamstress did a hack job, for lack of a better term on all of my items, particularly one skirt that was irreparable. I addressed my concerns to the owner, Paul, twice and he said he would talk to her both times. The first time the seamstress said she’d fix it but didn’t deliver what she promised. The second time, the owner relayed the message from the seamstress that there was nothing more they could do for me. The seamstress had the audacity to shift blame that I was the one who pinned my skirt to where I wanted it taken in and that she went according to that. If she had any common sense, then she would accept full responsibility but instead made the excuse to sew askew and uneven. Instead of trying to work with me for ruining my new wool skirt that I had yet to wear, he had wanted me to accept it by saying to me, “Just write it off like bad Chinese food.” Like a bad Chinese food experience, I’m looking elsewhere for a decent dry cleaners that take pride in their work and treat their customers with respect and professionalism."

"Paul does the best job on getting all my stains out and doing it quickly too. I never have to wait long and his prices are so reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else now!"
