"Today I was so embarrassed and insulted at this laundromat by the manager. I have been going to this place for 17 yrs and with all this time never had a problem. I was denied at the door and asked to not come back because my towels were too dirty. I thought this was the point of a laundromat to clean dirty stuff. All the customers started at me like a monster. I would never return if it was free also I willl be telling everyone I know to go to the Crossbay one instead."
