"I do not recommend this company. I was very unsatisfied with the state of my apartment post "deep clean." I paid extra for my baseboards to be cleaned, but that did not happen. Half of my baseboards were still completely covered in years of dust and soot. It was evident that furniture was not moved in order to clean the baseboards. I expected that by paying for a deep clean, that would include dusting (which is included in a deep clean), but nothing was dusted. I am happy with the cleanliness of the inside of my fridge and my bathroom, but that is pretty much it. My friend recommended this company after she paid for a deep clean and said her apartment was "sparkling clean" when she got home. I expected the same, but did not get that result, even though I paid $332 for my booking, plus a $60 tip. Nothing under my bed had been cleaned. The company told me that their "cleaners are not allowed to move furniture," but that is not stated as a disclaimer anywhere on their website. How is an apartment supposed to be deep cleaned, if not one single item of furniture or decor is moved? If I want my apartment cleaned again, I will hire another service or do it myself."
