"This place is rundown, a good amount of the machines and dryers don’t work. I understand the pricing and space make it convenient but what I can’t overlook is terrible customer service. I understand customers arguing over dryers or machines but seeing the morning worker, a bigger lady, and two girls—get into a fight with a customer is crazy."

"Terrible place. Went there to do my laundry. Have to wait to use the dryers. The management has more than half of their dryers empty or being used for their washes. Some of the dryers for them are empty. They don’t accommodate the people who are waiting to dry the clothes. The lady says just wait. In addition, you need to wait for the carts as well because not enough carts for customers but this is a huge laundromat. What kind of establishment are they running."
"All washer mechanics wash very little water and no hot water. Dryer new but not heat up enough also most of the machine out of order. Chinese lady very rude. Only 8 minutes dry heat per quarter."
"The lady working tonight has a bad attitude it is only 8:15pm and she is telling everybody she is closing at 9:30 when the schedule says Monday to Sunday 7am-11am. I got here at 8pm having plenty of time to wash dry and fold my clothes. The A/C doesn’t work and everybody is complaining about the heat inside because she closed the doors around 8:15pm and she talks bad things about many customers. If she doesn’t like her work she should quit. Easy!!"
