"I had an unpleasant experience with them charging me a price for a coat. When in fact it was a jacket to a suit with no coat lining. I tried to explain that and compared the jacket with a previous suit jacket I had cleaned a week prior. I even brought in the receipt. The other suit jacket was actually from a walking suit, meaning it was longer in length. This suit jacket was 3/4 in length with sleeves up to the elbow. The owner charged me the price of a coat and was undermining my intelligence. As a professional and a science behaviorist, I was appalled at his unwillingness to grapple with facts. I never returned for future business"

"I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I sent my boyfriend to this place. He is fairly new to Queens and needed a new dry cleaner because the one he was using burned down. I told him about this place because it is close to where we live, and I had used their tailor services years ago, and figured the people were nice enough back then. I don't know if it is under new management or what, but they were just very rude and inappropriate to my boyfriend. He went to pick up his shirts and was told that they were very dirty and they smelled bad, and he would have to pay extra. First of all my boyfriend goes out of his way to smell nice. Also, If the cleaner doesn't like the smell of his cologne that doesn't give him the right to tell the customer that his clothes stink. And we KNOW they were dirty THAT'S WHY WE BROUGHT THEM TO THE CLEANERS! Did they expect him to clean them BEFORE having them cleaned? That doesn't sound like a very "HAPPY Cleaner" to me. And I hate bringing race into things, but I wonder if he would have felt as comfortable disrespecting a Caucasian individual. We are going to find a cleaner with better customer service that is thankful for our business."

"HORRIBLE! Damaged my $1600 Moncler Coat. The owner tried to physically assault me over a complaint abt damaging my coat. Called the police on me & the police refused to allow me to press charges. Horrible! They really shouldn't be in business."

"Claims to specialize in ugg cleaning, took my uggs in near perfect condition & destroyed them. refused to return them to me without me paying $30.00. Told me if i didn't like the service to call the police, police came and told me owner frequently does this & to call 311 because it's a civil suit. no accountability, no refund, no uggs (which i could return to UGG to have replaced or refurbished. 100% disgusted. 1000% worst service experience of my life. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. this place should be closed. prime example of asian businesses in predominantly african american communities doing the people wrong. if i could give "0" stars i would without question."
