"All my clothes was destroyed using this machine. The machine starts automatically once you put in coins and since I have never used a machine like this I didn’t realize and started pouring detergent immediately. All my sports clothes, work clothes, everything I own was destroyed in one wash."

"I’ve been getting my laundry done here for 2 years and have always had a great experience until one day I got my clothes back and half were stained. I wasn’t angry but requested that she try to salvage what she could. Despite the incident, upon returning to drop off my laundry the next time, I was rudely refused service."

"We had been using this place for almost 2 years for wash and fold. The last time we used them half of our clothes were stained. We brought them back to have rewashed . We didn’t place any blame and accidents happen but we were blamed for leaving a chapstick in our clothes that wasn’t ours. We still trusted this business as they had been more than reliable in the past. I tried to go back but we were refused business. We had been extremely polite bringing our clothes back, placed no blame, but wished for the stains to be removed. I’m extremely disappointed in the way they decided to end our relationship after 2 years. If someone uses you for two years I would think you’d want to continue that relationship, especially if a mistake had been made. The customer isn’t always right, but I do believe a customer should be made whole in a client service business since this was a tenured relationship. Not like we were given a choice as we are no longer welcome, but this was an odd encounter that doesn’t make sense ."
