"First time using laundromat so wasn’t sure what to expect. Opens early which is nice. Was not crowded . There is place to sit if u have to but I preferred the Forest Cafe next door. The coffee smell is kind of nice - masks other laundry smell. The desk person answered when I asked questions which was nice. $2.50 for wash and quarter per 6 minute for dryer which is not bad. Dryer are pretty big- good for comforter and all. Pretty clean. Will use again."

"Extraordinarily rude. Tried to ask the woman working there a question and after I asked again to clarify she yelled at me and called me crazy until I left the building because she screamed she had already answered."

"Very polite place to do laundry. Prices are reasonable and never crowded at all. they do sell pretty good snacks and drinks for a good price. Machines are always clean. Place is never dirty or smelly . Machines here are maintained well unlike the machines in my building. The only bad thing i would say about here is that there is no seating ."

"My family has been here numerous times throughout the year, & the service is always polite. The place is run by a family with little children, so you may sometimes see them. The place is cramped thus unfortunately it doesn't have seating, nor AC, but it's clean & ice cream & cold drinks (among other treats) are sold at a very generous price to help handle the heat. In the winter, they offer hot drinks like coffee & hot chocolate. The prices to use the machines are reasonable, & there is a range of sizes. There is pre-wash, however there's no longer hot water, but many of the laundromats around the area have also rescinded their hot water. There's also a drop-off service, however I haven't personally used it simply bc my family has always preferred to do our laundry ourselves."

"Lost and destroyed many of my clothes. When I mentioned it to them politely, they insisted that they "don't make mistakes." I have been getting my laundry done for many years and I accept that losing some items is inevitable. But this was ridiculous. I did not ask them to replace anything - just to be more careful. Their response was to yell about how they do not make mistakes. Deplorable service. Do not drop off your laundry here. If I could give them zero stars, I would."
