"My biggest disappointment and complain is the staff treats you differently if you belong from different community. I am here from 2014 and they didn't have any response to customers. Today I dropped my laundry around 1:00pm and I request her when you finished can you call me and I will pick up my laundry but she said no, you have come tomorrow morning and pick up your laundry."

"I just called because my husband picked up our laundry from this laundromat today. And we are missing a whole bunch of kids clothes —- uniforms. And also had random people’s clothes in our laundry. I called and a lady picked up the phone and I was trying to explain to her that we just picked up our laundry but a lot of our clothes were missing. And she was responding to me but I couldn’t understand what she was saying. And she kept trying to rush me with the phone call and tried to hang up and I told her “wait, don’t hang up on me. I’m asking you if you have any clothes that weren’t picked up or claimed.” And she basically was saying that other people worked there and to call her back tomorrow. So, I asked her what her name was so I can know who I was talking to and so I knew who to ask for on the phone tomorrow. And she said “why do I need to give you my name?” And she became more aggressive on the phone and then hung up on me. We have been going to this laundromats for the past few years to drop off our laundry and always tipped well. This was ridiculous to have someone talk to me that way and hang up on me when I’m trying to find out what happened to my clothes and why I had other people’s clothes in my laundry. Not great customer service at all. I don’t know what her problem was. But this was not a great experience. Especially with her trying to hang up on me when I’m trying to ask what we could do and explain the situation and for when I asked her name, she got defensive. Very bad customer service. I am not satisfied at all."

"This is a clean place and has clean machines. My biggest disappointment and complain is the staff treats you differently if you belong from a different community/race. The dryers are not free, after I moved from Boston where the price for wash is same but free dryers this is a big disappointment plus you have to pay .25 cents for 6 minutes of dry only which in its own is preposterous."
