"Prices are high compared to other places, which was fine when the owner was Jewish because dry cleaning talits was free, but now the Jewish owner left, talits aren't free and prices are still high"

"Had my wedding dress ‘ professionally’ cleaned here. Paid £150! The dress went in with marks on the bottom and came back with the marks still on and two of the buttons on the back had black marks on them! They didn’t go in like it. While they pointed out that they would try and get the marks out of the bottom of the dress when I collected the dress they didn’t point these out to me! Complete waste of money!"

"The woman who tailors the clothing is just a nasty person. Every time I bring something in to tailor, her response is “too much money for this” just by looking at the item. She always complains about every possible item. Like this is your job at the end of the day. One dress I brought in to just to HEM she told me it would take her 30+ hours to fix and wanted to charge me $120. If I can give 0 stars I would. Please don’t waste your time and just go somewhere else."

"We bought a really nice safety vest for our dog but it didn't come with a hole for the leash to fit through. We took it to Benjamin's and they not only did a great job, they took the time to match the material! It looks like it came from the factory that way! We're never going anywhere else for our cleaning and seamstress work!"

"Unfortunately I’ve had too many clothing items ruined by the tailoring here that I have no choice but to share a negative review to warn others. I had a leather jacket that I requested to have the sleeves shortened, and because they shortened it from the shoulder (which they denied) the jacket no longer fit me. When I confronted them about this they accused me of gaining weight...within a week?! Another example is this pair of Marc By Marc Jacobs pants which I asked to be shortened—I’ll let the picture speak for itself. I am now learning how to sew better so that I can fix the work they did. It’s unfortunate because they do good work sometimes, but other times they also ruin things."
