"I keep going there for full service but i found my cloths missing. I did complain them several times and they always say they will see into it but last week again my 4 paijamas and tshirt went missing so if you give your laundry service be carefull you will definetely lose something"
"Used to go here when there was a very nice lady who was so sweet. Last time i went was 2 weeks ago and the asian man was telling us to hurry up when the machine had 5 minutes left. He was rude and was rushing us because he had to close. I came home and all my clothes were wet still because he rushed us as if the machine had its mind of its own. Not coming back! Bad experience"
"They can't wash dress shirts if there's ring around collar, they claim it's too dirty and have to be dry cleaned, which they charge $5.50 per shirt. And you need to pay in advance, before any service is provided."
"Austin Laundromat have 3rd owner now. It’s dirty and most dryers are not working properly. 5 minutes for 25c and some dryers are not heating enough even is pressed HIGH. Ridiculous!! Small wash $3.25 , medium $5.50, large $9.50. It’s really expensive. Its open until 11 pm. Last wash 10 pm. Its 1/8/3023"
"The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and they always keep the place clean. Machines and all work perfectly great, like any laundry place prices are rising but this one is great. The place is safe and well suited, great service and experience."
