"Ummmm I just got a coat dry clean and it came with hair. My hair is long and black and it has tiny blonde hairs in the coat….it came more dirty than how I sent it. WTH…"

"This is place is a very refreshing and a relaxing environment to do laundry. Each time I've used the drop off service. My clothes are folded extremely neat and tidy, very respectful and extremely attentive staff. a high praise coming from me to alexandra. Very hardworking!! makes my day each time I go!!"

"This is one of the best laundromats I’ve been to. The staff there are amazing and clean my clothes flawlessly (As greedy as it sounds, I hope they don’t change them lol). So far, I have not had an issue with anything, but I do recommend this laundromat to my friends :)"

"The only good thing about this place are the ladies who work here. They are all very nice and helpful. You can forget about doing a hot wash as there is never hot water. There is mold in all the washing machines and the dryers are full of lint and pretty gross. Many of the machines malfunction or don't work at all. It's a shame as its a big place and is open early and closes late. Owner needs to fix/service the machines and leave the water heater on for paying clients to have hot wash option."

"You have to buy a cash card for 4 dollars to wash here. You can only top up cash cards in 5 dollar or more increments. We doubt that washing warm, does use warm water. Some of our clothes did not get clean, and the clothes we're really cold after the laundry was finished. At first the owner/staff did not want to tell us how long the dryer dries for the 0,35 cent value. After asking multiple times she said eight minutes and smiled. That gave us the impression that she did not want to let us know the correct time so we could not calculate the minimal value we had to put on the cash card to get the clothes dry. We used three different dryers for 8 minutes several times on level hot, but all three dryers failed to dry and did not even get hot. Than we used a dryer for an initial sixteen minutes another customer had used before and it worked. We told the owner/staff about the problem with the other dryers and she acted like she did not know about the problem and gave us the feeling that we did not used the dryers correctly. After the discussion she smiled again. All in all we can not recommend this laundromat."
