"The wait for the employees to show up and open up in the AM is ridiculous. Usually 30/45 minutes before they show up!! Customers waiting outside and some customers who choose to leave and go elsewhere all because of poor time keeping on the employees behalf. It’s such a shame because lemon laundry is a fantastic service in our community."

"The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean but the wait times are getting longer and longer to get a machine. A lot of times, one person will come in with huge bags and take up 3-4 machines. I think there should be a strict limit of max two machines per person. There's also alot of big machines that charge more that always seems to be empty because the people with huge bags don't seem to want to use. Lastly, there always seems to be at least 5 dryers out of order. I hope this can be sorted cause if not I'll have to find a different laundroma."

"I had the worst customer service here. I had a problem with the dryer not being hot enough between the two dryers I was using. I requested to have it moved to a hotter dryer. She said it’s warm enough but it’s was definitely not as hot as the other dryer I was using. I’m trying dry pillows and spend my whole day here drying pillows. I been here beg and spent a good amount of money at this laundromat. The female Hispanic employee (Estel) said she can’t do anything for me and had a disgusting attitude with me. Never coming back to this place going across the street. (Better prices at that laundromat) Don’t need this BS on my day off."

"A first-class decoration shop, a good laundry environment, makes me feel that washing clothes will be so pleasant! There is also a beautiful coffee shop next door, where I can enjoy coffee while washing clothes. Worth a try!"
