"Machines are great. Only wrong is the smoking area at the front. I'm not a smoker, so it's a huge effect in my health. I can smell the cigarettes inside the laundry mat that is coming from the front door. I hope they can do anything to resolve this."
"Based on my experiences with this place, if I could give this place a 0 star, I would. The owner has horrible customer service skills. He doesn't know how to do business. And if this is the way he treats long-time customers (or customers, in general), I do not believe anyone should be seeking out this laundromat. There are a few within the vicinity they are better off using. First off, I've been a long-time customer of their self-service despite their expensive but SMALL dinky machines. Compared to other laundromats, their expensive service is a scam. But atlas, it is only laundry. The customer's not going to fight about an extra dollar here and there. I wanted to share an experience with their dry clean service that I used previously but I had already forgiven it, but this experience with their self-service was a whole nother experience - such horrible customer service, and with regards to $4! I put my small-sized load of laundry into the dryer and when I took it out 30 minutes later, there were black specks all over my clothes. Obviously I pulled all my clothes out to search for the thing that caused this black substance inked into my clothes. To describe, I found a piece of this black oily rock stuck to inside of the machine. I had to yank it to pull it off. It kind of looked like an oil pastel crayon only harder and dried up. I didn't know what it was so it couldn't have been mine. I, myself, didn't put it into the dryer. If I had, it would obviously be my fault and I wouldn't even inform the laundromat of it. I was disappointed that my clothes were all ruined, so naturally, I got the attention of the employee on site to describe what happened. She didn't know what to do so she called the owner. I assumed his wife picked up and I described the situation to her after which she hung up on me. She got him to call the laundromat back and I had a word with him describing the issue in a calm demeanor. For some odd reason upon hearing the issue, he immediately started aggressively barking back, blaming me for not checking clearly. In his accusatory tone, he said that I should've checked clearly. He didn't know if I was being nice to inform him that there was this thing that ruined clothes in his dryer. I could've just left it there for all he knows so that more customers could complain that all their clothes were ruined. I hadn't even begun to ask for a compromise and already he was being disrespectful. So you're telling me that I'm supposed to ASSUME that there's something wrong with the dryer every time you put your clothes in? We are putting our trust into the service of his dryers. How dare he speak in an accusatory tone, saying that it was a self service and therefore the customer is wrong for even using the dryer. I was not blaming him/his business nor was I going at this in a rude manner. I couldn't believe his rude tone and inability to even sympathize. It's obviously no one's fault, but the way he handled the whole situation was just bizarre. I thought it would've been fair to just allow me to wash and dry my, not to mention, SMALL load of clothes for free. Did he think I was lying or trying to scam him out of $4? If he couldn't do anything for me, I would understand, but it's the fact that he straight off the bat, started borderline cursing at me over the phone. I was shocked. There was no compromising tone or apologetic demeanor. Since I’m here, let me give some insight on their dry clean service. I gave them (the owner) three of my coats. First of all, they lost the fur trim to one of my coats. Secondly, they told me to pick the coats up on a certain date, yet they did not have it ready. I have now wasted my time banking on something they promised me. The owner did not seem apologetic that time either, just matter-of-factly, “It’s not ready.” But at least he wasn't as rude about it like he was this time."
"Overall nice laundromat. I’ve been coming here for the past year and my experience has been positive. Thankfully the environment is nice, clean and inviting. They always have a bunch of carts you can borrow to move your clothes. I dry cleaned my dresses a few times and did some alterations to my jeans and everything came back nicely."
"Very dishonest service. I dropped off my laundry and provided my liquid detergent and fabric softener. I marked the bottles cause I noticed the past few months that they will finish a 2.95 liter detergent in just 3 trips! My laundry doesn’t even exceed 2 loads of the small washer. When I tried to ask, why they use a third of the bottle in such a small load, they said they will ask another employee in the morning. Soap is not a big deal, but honesty is. Can’t believe I can be scammed in the laundry!"
"Great laundromat, we aren't locals and were staying at a nearby hotel. Dropped off our laundry and had it back 3 hrs later, clean, folded and smelling awesome :) .... Would recommend their service to anyone or tourists staying in the area, for the price they charge (charged by weight) it is simply not worth doing yourself, so so easy, we paid around $8-9 for a large load for 2 people :) New machines, coin operated if you wish to wash your own clothes."
