"Do not go here. My building laundry room went out of service while I was washing. I had wet clothes and was willing to pay her $20 to dry my clothes as well as be a returning customer because I am a home attendant and do laundry weekly. She refused my money saying “she pays too much in gas to help sorry” I said miss I’m going to pay you $20 to dry two loads of clothes plus I’ll be a returning customer. She then turned her back and told me to find another laundry mat. No she isn’t obligated to help me. However it wasn’t like I was trying to use her for free or low ball. No way to dry two loads cost $20 but that’s what I had in my hand to give her because I just want my clothes dried. Unfortunately my money wasn’t good enough smh"
"I could have been a loyal customer, but they ruined that immediately! I just called 11/24/2023 at12:22 pm. After several rings, a woman finally picked up the phone. I explained I'd like to drop off laundry and asked the price per pound, politely. She slammed the phone and hung up!!! I thought maybe it was a mistake, so I called back. This time, whoever picked up didn't even say hello, they picked up and hung up. The people that work there need training and are clearly angry about something. Good thing they didn't get to touch my clothes!"
"This place is the cutest! The machines are awesome and the dryer makes my whites crisp and everything smelled amazing. I often use their delivery service and it is easy, friendly and professional. They definitely earned my business I highly recommend this location"
