"ZERO ZERO ZERO STAR PLS, I kindly requested that the staff refrain from using a stapler to attach labels to my clothing after they have been laundered. I explained that this practice had caused damage to my clothes in the past and suggested that the labels be attached in an alternative location. To my surprise, the response I received was, "If you don't like it, then don't get your clothes washed here.""

"Went there today to get some clothes tailored. They were previously informed about about the plethora of people coming with to also get their clothes tailored, (we all have an event to attend and need our clothes tailored and dry cleaned.) He denied all of us service, and went on to eating. He had the audacity to tell all of us to hem our own pants aswell. That is their jobs, and it’s very unprofessional to ask the customer to something that the worker is obligated to do. I strongly do not recommend this place. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude experienced today is something we wish not to experience today."

"if i got the opportunity to put no stars i would. our coach contacted the owner and booked an appointment for a tailoring for our team. when we got to the place, the tailor refused to tailor all of us even though our coach made it explicit that we were a team and that a lot of people needed tailoring. if they weren’t capable of doing it, they should have told us first and we could have happily done our tailoring in another store. he is breaching a contract between his company and the US army who is funding our team. very upsetting."

"I have been dry cleaning my clothes for the past 5 years, and for the 1st time i decided that I will try this location because of convenience. 6 white shirts and a suit. everything came back pressed, and that was it. I can still smell my cologne on the shirts and the suit. The sweat marks on the collar and shirt sleeves are still there. So when I picked up my clothes I asked about the poor job and they replied these stains are impossible to get out which doesn't make sense because for the past 5 years my previous dry cleaner has always managed to do so also with same day service. I waited 4 days for this and all they did was press my dirty clothes. Unacceptable. Stay away from this dry cleaner. I will just go back to my previous dry cleaner even though it is out of the way."
