"Worst Laundrymat I have ever been too in NYC! I asked the owner for change of 20 to refill my card and he said they had nothing but 20s which is completely impossible for a business that is cash only. Disgusting service. Money Hungry. Would never go back"

"Where do I begin with this atrocious establishment? From the horrid customer service to the nonexistent machines for self-service use. This laundromat should be closed to the public since the employees only want to use the machines for themselves. When I came in at around 7:00pm, three rows of machines were occupied by employees (see images attached). When I asked for two machines to be emptied since its services had ended (and literally all the other rows were occupied), the older manager said, "Oh, the girls are busy today. If it has a ticket, wait for them to empty it out for you." I agreed and waited patiently. When one of the female employees came, I told her how the older manager said she could empty this out for me to use. She only spoke Spanish, and the only word I understood was, "No." So I called for the older manager and he said, "Be patient and wait a while for a machine." I stated how he just said she could empty it out for me, and he cut me off and said, "Ms., you're impatient. How can I help you when you're impatient? Be patient and wait a while." So, I asked him to define "a while?" Yet again, this poor example of a manager cut me off and snapped at me and told me, "to be patient and wait a while." This was the last time I came to this place. I understand that the employees have deadlines with what they need to do, but the lack of professionalism, customer service, and just simple management is embarrassing and ludicrous. I honestly recommend people to use another laundromat because the owners here just don't seem to know how to run a business as well as how to train their employees (especially if they are working in a customer service environment). Oh, before I end this review, which they don't even DESERVE a star for, please know that most of the signs on the machine that say, "Not in Service" are false. The employees actually use it for themselves."

"Open late and never too busy that you have to wait for a washing machine or dryer. Nice that the use of the dryer is free with the wash - balances out the slightly expensive washing machines. Last wash for self-service is 12:30 am. Also does wash & fold (seems much of that done late evening), but I haven’t tried that personally."
