"SCAM !!!!! SCAM !!! BE ALERT PLEASE……Worst place ever… they have increased the rates. The dryer costs 25 cents for 5mins.. they have modified the timings in the machine.. the washer does not rinse the clothes properly, they are like you just got them out of the ocean. This means you need to feed more coins to dryer. The first quarter is wasted to get the dryer hot and last quarter is full cold air.. when complained to the person he said go to some other laundry.. its a scam here.."

"Machine performance changes every week, mostly the dryers.. last week they burnt some of my winter clothes just for Medium temperature been set, earlier there was another problem dryer will just cool down instead drying.. :( owner please look at it… I did drying on last Saturday afternoon in the 5 th drying machine from the laundro entrance.."

"Updated Review: They had fix few earlier problems, but now added new problems for customers to save their electricity and water bill and make more money. New increased prices: Small washer: 3.5$ Medium washer: 4.5$ Large washer: 6.5$ Dryer: 5 mins for 0.25$ Washers wouldn't rinse clothes well. Some detergent would remain. Also more water would remain means u need to dry clothes more. In dryer, hot temperature not that hot and last quarter only cool air dry clothes. Overall you have to spend now double amount but not sure even after that ur clothes will be completely dry. Waste of money as well as time. Attendent there behaves like he doesn't understand what's wrong with machine, but he actually knows everything. Old review: ----------------------------------- Decent place to clean ur laundry. Few suggestions for owner: 1. Plz indicate on old machine how much time a cycle takes; so people can return by that time and collect their laundry. 2. Plz also keep some drinking water. You can choose to sell it. 3. Get the fan fixed and add few more plz. This place has 15+ small, 5 medium, 3 large washers and 20+ dryers. Max machines are old but all doing their job properly except 1 or 2. Small washer: 3$ Medium washer: 4$ Large washer: 6$ Dryer: 6 mins for 0.25$ If you could not find empty washer/dryer and see that load is finished; you can ask attendent and she will empty washer/dryer and put those clothes in laundry basket. If you leave ur laundry unattended and load is finished; expect your clothes in laundry basket during rush hours."

"Dryers don’t work and machines wash without water. If you want to spend over $50 washing 3 machines then this is your place. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere especially when management is too cheap to fix machines. Literally have to kick dryers to work!!!!!"
