"I visited this morning. I didn't know how to use it, but the owner was very kind and showed me how to use it. Washing and drying took about 25 and 30 minutes each.  In the meantime, I had a quick meal and went shopping. For about $12 to $16 with a dedicated card, you can comfortably wash most underwear and a few sets of clothes. This is the best place to do laundry when staying in nearby Sonder. Thank you for waving goodbye when I leave! :) And thank you for giving me a pleasant morning :)"

"I've confirmed on multiple occasions with employees in person that last wash is 9pm and that they're open till 10pm - today I started my wash at 8:30pm. Came to transfer to dyer at 9pm, I explicitly asked the lone person working there if they'll still be there in a half hour when my laundry is finished drying, to which they nodded their head yes. When I came back at 9:35, the store was closed. Thanks for stranding me without my clothes. In response to owner's response: the day of the incident was Saturday August 12"

"Had the worse experience at this place. Most of the machines were down. Customers getting yelled at by the owners telling them to do their own laundry. Stopping machines so people have to pay extra. I had enough money on my card to do my laundry but their machine steal half your money then when you go to them for help they pretend not to understand English. I had to drag my wet clothes home and hang them around the apartment no shower for me tonight no towels dry! I was told to sit outside in the hot sun because they needed to make room. I suffer from sun poisoning that causes me to go in the hospital they would not let me next to the door I was forced outside. This is a bad place ran by bad people. Don't do your laundry here."

"I had never used a laundromat before and this place is around the corner from my hotel (Sonder Court Sq) and its fantastic! The staff are so polite, friendly and helpful, and the machines are very fast and super affordable! This place have everything you need and make it very easy to do it all yourself. I feel very lucky to have this as my local during my long stay in NYC!"

"I do not recommend this laundry for ironing or dry cleaning. I never used the other services. I gave them many chances but they kept doing the same horrible job. My shirts came out wrinkled so badly. They said I should do dry cleaning instead, which costs more. I had no problem with that but I received the same horrible results. The pictures speak for themselves. This was in July. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said he is on leave and can't be reached."
