"This is the worst dry cleaning place. The last time I dropped off my pants, they were returned to me without feeling clean at all. The lady at the front counter lacks customer service skills and has a poor attitude, almost as if she's the one paying for the service. Additionally, her English is barely understandable. I don't know how they manage to stay in business. Don't waste your money here."

"UPDATE: Looks like new owners now -- and either really crazy or very stupid; went to get a zipper on my coat replaced and when I said I didn't need cleaning, they told me to first clean the coat myself before they would replace the zipper...not that it had been through mud or anything (it's simply an old coat and so naturally looks worn and faded [in one spot!]) but why would I bring something clean to them for them to eventually dirty on their own anyway when they replace the zipper?? Evidently they wanted to make money off of washing and drying the coat as well and refused to do any repairs or alterations only!! I mean any customer would only bring something dirty to them anyway, after all, but they would rather lose all my business than get half my business! So not very smart or just insane LOL PREVIOUS: Used them once a very long while ago (years, actually) and thought they were a bit expensive for something seemingly simple but I suppose it's the rent and they appear competent so no complaints except that they do staple your ticket onto the garment which is really old-fashioned and potentially destructive. I'm probably going to use them again for another job coming up, replacing the zipper again on another part of the same coat LOL"
