"Lady behind the counter was so rude, even rolled her eyes at me when I asked to get quarters when their machine to exchange quarters is out of service??"

"I put $5 into the change machine, and it accidentally gave me $1.25 in Canadian quarters. No big deal; I asked them to exchange the Canadian quarters for American. They refused, said they didn’t believe me that the quarters had come out of their change machine, and blatantly accused me of trying to scam them. At first I thought it was just a language barrier, but the person at the desk called someone to translate and they told me I was lying. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years, even through the fire they had last year, but I’m never coming again."

"I have been living two doors down for the past 2 years. It was nice when they first opened up. All washers and dryers worked amazing. However the past 8 to 9 months there have been washers and dryers that are out of order and it can get crowded because the laundromat is so small. Overall it gets the job done and no one seems to steal lol. I left my clothes in the dryer all day and didn't realize I forgot until 7pm. I put my clothes in there around 7am that morning. I went back and my clothes were still there. Also, I left my fabric softener sheets and didn't realize until 3 to 4 days later. I went and asked the lady at the desk and she happen to have my sheets hidden behind the desk. I'm like wow, you guys really don't steal around here lol. I would suggest to go early in the morning on the weekend or during the day on a weekday to avoid heaving crowds and waiting for a machine."

"This laundromat is very clean, organized, and has good service especially from Rosalinda, who works in the evenings. I know Rosalinda is a serious person, but she is always working hard to keep the customers happy."

"The lady that works in the evenings is rude. A customer asked her for help and the lady just responded to her in a rude way. This isn’t the first time she does this, I’ve seen her argue with customers before. This is not okay. The whole time I was there she seemed angry. It made me feel uncomfortable. Such a shame since I live a block away. I might have to go elsewhere."
