"If I could give zero star, I would! I come here every week and today will be my last. I forgot my laundry detergent and bought one in-store. My husband came and brought my laundry detergent within the 30 mins I purchased, which I hadn’t open yet. I asked for a refund, and the first thing the short Spanish lady behind the counter insisted I open the seal and she couldn’t refund. She said she saw me and it’s on camera. Honestly I would like her to playback the video. I immediately told her about the policy, and she got angry telling me this is last time. Last time? This is my first time asking for a refund for anything coming to this store for 5 years. Mind you, I have seen this lady every week, yet she doesn’t have the decency nor the knowledge of the policy. Honestly, it just felt like aggression & discrimination behaving like she was reaching for the stars!! I see I am not the only one with a horrible experience here & and others have reviewed having the same (probably same lady). Either she needs a new attitude or a new job!!! Please don’t come here if you are a woman of any other race other than Spanish. She is only helpful & pleasant to her own kind especially to men. Because the moment you need help you will be mistreated as a nuisance, a liar and a thief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have used this laundromat for around 5 years, since I moved into the neighborhood but it has slowly gone downhill since that time. The washers and dryers are frequently out of order, the allow people to use 5-8 machines at a time creating a long wait for others, and they do not maintain their machines. The workers there used to be nice and understanding if the machine stopped working but not anymore. I had one worker “fix” a problem by telling me I need to select hot water to wash my clothes even when I explained I cannot wash those clothes in hot water. I have also been yelled at when a machine stopped working and I wanted to use another one. I never asked for a refund, simply that my coins be transferred to a working machine. Apparently these requests are too much. They are rude to some customers here but let other customers do whatever they want."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been using this laundromat for over 5 years now and today was my last time I will ever be stepping foot in this establishment. After spending over 30 minutes using a washer and waiting about 10 for a dryer to open I finally snagged a bottom dryer. I put in coins for a 30min cycle and within the first 2 minutes the machine stopped working. I immediately informed the worker of what happened and I then was proceeded to be called a liar and a thief by the worker. Stating I was trying to steal from the business because I never put money in and I wanted it for free. I was embarrassed and confused as the worker and other customers were talking in Spanish about the situation and I never received help or an explanation. I left with wet clothes feeling belittled and ashamed. Will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Everything is perfect except the worker who is working and charged for this laundromat most of these days. I had some multiple situation when there is technical difficulties (ex. dryer stays cold when I set it to high temperature), only response I got from this lady was "It is not my Job", and "the dryer can not go high temperature that's why it is not working". Very rude and demanding lady who doesn't know why and how she is charged is this laundromat."
