"This laundromat is spacious, has an excellent numbers of washers and dryers, and has a good amount of folding space available. The restroom is clean, there is WiFi available, limited snacks and drinks in vending machines, and street parking is usually available within a block or two. The prices have increased 3 times in the past year, I went 2 days ago and paid $9 to wash in the biggest washer. Drying has also been increased to .50¢ for 7 minutes. I used to feel like the place was very clean, but the price increase has not been justified by its most recent state of cleanliness. The owner is very polite and kind, but regardless, I won’t be returning solely because of the prices. If you don’t mind $3.50 for the smallest washing machine and $9.00 for the biggest, as well as .50¢ for 7 minutes of pretty good drying quality, this place is definitely worth a shot."

"He keeps raising prices! Why? There is nothing special about this laundromat to justify the price increase! I paid 50 cent for 7 minutes dryer where everywhere else costs 25 cent and $5 for a medium size washer where it costs $3.50 to $4.00 everywhere else today! Since he has changed from coins to card, he has raised his prices 3 times this year alone! I mean enough is enough! This place used to be clean and 24 hours, but no more! It is not open 24 hours any more. Dryers are dirty with finger prints all over the glass doors and yellow around the interior. He charges for extra plastic liners which are free everywhere else. They don't even have the TV on anymore! This constant price increase is not making any sense at all. Does he get charged at a higher rate for heat, hot water and electricity by utility companies than other laundromats? I think not! The utility rates are the same everywhere in New York. There is no justification for these price increases. From now on I am going to walk two blocks more and save a lot more money. This is getting really ridiculous!"
