"Worst place ever. Standing here right now with an alleged hot, warm and cold loads. ALL COLD!!! If you want proper temperature DO NOT COME HERE. Also more expensive than other places I’ve been to in Astoria. So it’s a year later…. and nothing has changed. It seems that people like having no regard of the temperature of the water based on reviews. Simply placing your hand on the window of supposed hot water load it’s barely warm…in any honest place it would pretty darn hot. If you want all your clothes washed in cold water this is the place for you."
"As far as laundromats go, this one is nice. They seem to keep the place clean...no gaping holes in the walls and ceilings (like the former owners had)...there's a bathroom...massage chairs (for a small fee)...drop-off service, etc. They do a good job. Just note that they typically have FOX NEWS on their TV, so right now (and with this political climate), some of us might find it a bit irritating, particularly if other patrons are standing around watching...making socio-political comments, for others to hear and hopefully 'agree with'. The last thing any of us need is more such stress and drama, at the laundromat. We get enough of that in the rest of our lives. For this reason, I get in and out, fast. I just wish the owners didn't play such a polarizing 'news' channel on their TV, all the time."
"The absolute best in Astoria! Squeaky sparkling clean, owners super duper sweet, great (and I mean great) prices! Only issue is that the 2023 quarters sometimes don’t work in the machines (I think they are thinner than older quarters) but they will ALWAYS give you a new quarter if the machine isn’t taking yours. Also they have a bathroom which is soo clean !"
