"Update: A staff member was very helpful and I got a $10 rebate. So I am raising my 1-star review to 2-stars. But management needs to take a hard look at what they are doing. No delivery, and seemingly drunk manager. This place was supposed to deliver my laundry on 4 different occasions. They had me waiting 10+ hours. When I stopped by, the owner seemed to be drunk. In mid-day. Unbelievable!"

"I picked up two dresses that each cost me hundreds of dollars to notice they were attached to the hangers by large safety pins. Now my brand new beautiful linen dresses have small holes at the top that are very noticeable to me. I am extremely disappointed by the damage."

"I love this place! Laundry is folded tightly, I think its vacuum sealed and everything looks perfectly organized. I actually look forward to laundry now! Its so good"

"I sent out all my clothes to this laundromat and explained exactly what was in the bags- I had multiple bags of laundry that I needed washed. I explained to them the different fabrics , I picked up my laundry to find out they RUINED ALL MY WHITE CLOTHES, shirts / pants / undergarments/ socks. Hundreds of dollars worth of clothes. If I wanted my clothes to be ruined I would have washed them myself. I trusted them with my clothes for them to simply not care how to handle them. I’m am beyond livid at the fact that they can’t do their job properly. I called and even showed up to speak to the owner and of course he was not there , I messaged and never heard a response, but he can sit outside constantly smoking and not doing his job. I’m sure many things are NOT up to code in that laundromat and 311 will love seeing them"

"Unfortunately I have to change my review this time around because the dryer machine has gotten worse!!! 40 minutes that I put my clothes to dry and it wasn’t dry enough. And I have heard the same complaints from other folks.. they recently increased the price for this washing machines but why not investing in NEW dryers??! That’s how you lose costumers but oh well. I hope you (the owner) do something about because you are the only "decent” laundry store that is left in the neighborhood. And this complaint is about the machine and operations. Not against the staff. There is a new lady working there and she’s friendly. But you guys need to invest in new machines. Thank you."
