"If I can give O I would. Owner was so rude bc I just wanted to dry clothes. My dryer blew unexpectedly so I managed to wash but needed to dry only. After I loaded and paid, owner went crazy and said you habe to wash here and dry not just dry!! What horrid service!"
"Never going here again. I've been going here since I was a kid, early 90s. Today me and my wife were trying to dry a load and the owner/or staff there turned us away for no reason. The dryer in our apartment has been under repair for about a month and this was my go to place. At the end of the day, business is business. You are getting money and you refused it for no reason at all. Insanely disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend to anyone anymore."

"This place is genuinely 5 stars. The machines are clean, and a great price. Not to mention the machines are very big, im always really surprised at how much clothes I can wash in the smallest option. I really missed this place during quarantine and I didn't realize how much until I met the people at the fluff and fold down the block. They were rude, the machines probably fit a whole outfit only and for some reason the machines didn't take some of the quarters. The couple that own XL Laundromat are always so welcoming, warm, and friendly. I love this place."
