"My experience is unfortunately similar to other recent reviewers. I’d been a happy customer since September and have been coming every week since then. I typically put my clothes in for 64 or 72 minutes on low and everything always came out fine. Today, however, I did the exact same thing — in Dryer 5 — and my laundry was completely wet. No heat had been applied. The guy using dryer 6 (right below 5) noted that the window of his dryer was hot to the touch/burning. There’s probably an issue with the heat distribution system to those specific dryers. When I told the staff member working at the laundromat, she said it’s because I’d used the drying machine on low, which didn’t make sense because I’d always used low in the past. Additionally, half of the smallest washing machines were out of service today, which is frustrating because they are the ones that I typically use. I believe they raised the price for each machine size by $0.50 a month or two ago. (Smallest load is now $3; medium is $6.50; large is now $7.50)."

"Love this location! The staff and/or owner is very kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and offer payment by credit card. It’s a slightly more expensive than other places but it balances out when getting cash from the atms and can trying quarters. You will be treated better than at other laundromats in the area. Highly recommended!"

"Been coming here for years, was fine till yesterday when, as always, we put our clothes in the drier for 55 minutes on the lowest setting and this time they were so hot that some of our fabric melted and deformed. A lot of the elastic bands in our underwear completely lost shape, and our clothes smelled burnt. I called the manager to talk to him and he blamed me for not knowing how to wash clothes. He told me you don’t mix heavy and lights together. I have never heard that before, only coloreds and lights… also googled it and it doesn’t really seem to be an issue except it might take longer to dry is all. And he continued to say it’s my fault because of course they’re going to burn when you leave them at any setting for 55 minutes. Which is not true, I’ve been going for years and have we have done this every single time and our clothes sometimes are still slightly damp. I also had the gentleman that was there touch the glass on 14 as there was another load in after. You couldn’t you touch the glass, it would literally burn you. Then I had him touch another drier that was also on high. It was hot, but you could leave your hand there. I tried to get through to him that drier 14 was the problem and needs to be looked at as we’ve been going there and this is our first time we had a problem, but he wouldn’t see it. Awful service, hundreds of dollars wasted and not even an understanding from the owner or even wanting to check his drier. Avoid."
