Bayside Station Laundromat

"Horrible drop off service. If you pick a window to have them come it says 20 minutes on their website, but that could say 20 minutes before or after the time you’ve chosen. Unreliable and can’t guarantee that your clothes will be dropped off 24 hours later. If they come earlier than the time you requested and you miss them because you were working that’s your fault. I requested 12:00 today and by 11:59 they were no longer in my area and couldn’t get my clothes. Ridiculous"

"I haven’t found many laundromats that I like at all, but this one is by far the best I’ve been to. Always clean, has some parking, staff is helpful. Machines are much cheaper and work better than others in the area. I recently went to another nearby laundromat when this one was crowded, and regretted it. Definitely worth waiting for off-peak times to go here."

"I’ve been coming here for almost a year but after today I don’t think I’ll be going back. I put my clothes in the washing machine, set a timer on my watch and once it goes off, I walk back. I set it for the exact time it’s done. I live a block away so it’s at most a 5 min walk. I get back 5 mins after my clothes is done and the clothes was out... to be specific, it was done at 430pm, I arrived at 435pm and my clothes was already taken out… why? Attendant stated,” She wanted the machine. It’s been 5 mins.” I don’t care how bad someone wants the machine, they can wait at most 10 mins. When I arrived at 435pm, the lady’s clothes was already in and she was putting in quarters to start the machine. So that means my clothes was basically taken out AS SOON AS IT WAS DONE. On average it takes about 1-2 mins to put clothes in etc. So that’s where my issue is. I don’t appreciate that at all and because of that I think you’ve lost me as a customer. That’s extremely rude. I would have understood if it had been over 10 mins but IT WASNT EVEN 5! What if I were in the bathroom? She would have still taken out my clothes because someone couldn’t wait?! Extremely disappointed and disgusted by this action. Thank God I can keep my composure because I promise you, anyone else would have yelled and insulted the employee for the lack of patience and customer service skills. I promise you that. Do better."

"Owners are very nice. Drop off service was great. Machines were pretty clean, mine just had someone else's hairball but it was easy to wipe. Huge dryers too! Hard to park as there are only 5 spots in front and this is one block off bell Blvd."

"I like their pickup and delivery service. My clothes are clean and soft with warmth. I scheduled a pickup at 10:30 AM and they delivered on the same day around 7. It is very convenient if you could schedule a pickup on the workday. I can tell they are polite and nice people via the booking phone call and in person delivery."
