"Been coming here for years and never had a problem. Ownership changed some time a couple years ago, and the new service sucks. Half the dryers are always out of order, half the top loaders are out of order, some of the front loaders don’t run hot water, only warm or cold (and they don’t put signs up to let you know which machine does not run hot water). Today I used this machine (pictured below) for a load of towels, but the machine didn’t run any water. We notified the woman sitting at the desk, that the water wasn’t running and she insisted it’s a different machine and it works just fine. I asked if she can stop the cycle so I can change machines and she said no, to wait until the cycle is finished and we can change the machine. When the load was finished, all the towels were still completely dry and we told the woman. She felt the towels and instead of taking accountability and admitting the machine didn’t work, she came to the conclusion that we overloaded the machine. Even if it was overloaded, the towels would’ve been wet! Typically when a machine does not work, the guest is reimbursed or management pays for the next machine. We loaded the towels into machine #2 and asked if she was going to pay for it. She said no, because we chose to do a second wash. We paid the machine ourselves and didn’t put any soap. All of the soap from the previous machine was still on the towels, which further proved the machine did not wash the towels! I’m sharing my experience to warn future guests. Half their machines do not work properly, and they’re not labeling all that don’t work. The woman told my mother and I, if we don’t like her policy we don’t have to return. Her poor attitude and greed allowed a $4 cycle to lose a loyal guest and future business."
"Clean and quiet place to do your laundry. They also offer free drying on Wednesdays."
