"I have been coming here every weekend for over a year to wash my daughters cloth diapers. On occasion I have either forgotten or was not able to make it back to the laundromat before closing and left the diapers over night. This weekend I went on Saturday afternoon to wash the diapers and was not able to make it back before closing. I also was unable to go back yesterday. I go in today to tend to the diapers and they are missing. The employees say they have no idea what happened to them and will not let me speak with a manager or owner. They were rude and very unprofessional and unhelpful. I doubt anyone would steal dirty cloth baby diapers. I am so upset to think an employee purposefully threw them away on me. Know I am there every single weekend. Very very disappointed with the service."
"Only upside is the location and parking. Other than that the machines are dirty, old a mostly out of order the space is small (very hard to move around and dry your clothes) and people do not have the decency to not remove your clothes from the machines, especially during COVID... why would you want to touch someone’s clothes ? I tried to get a refund on the money placed into the card because I have no plans on going back. The girl said I couldn’t get a refund because it’s store policy ...................... last time I checked I was not informed on any store policy involving refunds. Don’t go here!"
"It is nice inside. People who are there washing their laundry are nice too. I go their because their machines use reloadable cards instead of coins. Two card dispenser s available. You can get card from them by using cash, credit, or debit. don't know the minimum, But you can put what ever you spend on laundry on the card. The person there will help if there is problem using it. Just call upon her or him."
"I have used this business service for wash and fold for years for great prompt service at a reasonable price. Generally it's 99 cents a Pound, but heavy comforters cost more. A reasonable time line is about 3 day's, but if you want it sooner arrange it with the attendant or you may do it your self the self. Soap and other laundry products are sold on sight."
