Laundry Place - Lodi

"I would not recommend a service wash here. I paid $103.96 for a service wash. ( half the laundry was just a wash which I had to pay for wash dry fold.)Donna was the lady that done my clothes . I give her double detergent and softener , unstoppables, and tumble dryer sheets. When I picked my clothes they were unscented. She never used the items i give her .100% she took it home with her. When you have kids and they are in a lot of activities, and you are constantly doing laundry. You know exactly how much detergent you are gonna need. So when you pacifically ask them to put double the amount of detergent you would expect your clothes to be scented when you pick them up not smell like they’re unwashed. She works 6.30am to 2pm. Morning shifts if any one wants to avoid her in the future"

"I cant believe someone wrote a review praising Donna. She is so unprofessional and rude. Makes the place feel like high school with all the gossiping. Don't get me started on all the smoking. She smokes in front of the place with the door open. My sister, who is asthmatic asked her not to smoke one day and her response was to "use a machine in the back". She now goes to Family Laundry. I was going to stay here because I thought she was fired but low and behold she's back and worse than ever. I may join my sister and others at Family Laundry. Its not as clean but worth it. I'm sorry but you lost another customer. Having this woman's son write a review to say mine is fake is the last straw. Enjoy losing more customers because of this menace Donna. Real mature and professional"

"Well I must say that fake email about Donna, is false the door is actually never open! And when you click the email it comes up deleted so stop making fake emails and fake reviews, you can go up to any one customer and ask about Donna to find out, it's a great Laundromat and clean"

"Donna is a jack of all trades there. She does so much cleaning; keeping the machines; floors; bathroom, etc so clean. She does the wash & fold so well. Such as asset. Thank you for all you do, Donna. You're such a gem!"

"This laundromat closes at 10pm. Last wash is 8:30 pm. As it's very close to my place, I come here every week in the daytime to do my laundry. Today, due to work and preparing dinner, I arrived at the store at 8:25 PM. The staff there, upon seeing me, got upset, saying I came too late to use the washing machines. Apologizing and explaining that it was not yet 8:30, I put all my clothes into the washing machine before 8:27pm. However, the lady did not allow me to do the laundry, stating that the 8:30 last wash rule refers to clothes already being in the washing machine. I said my clothes are in the washing machine before 8:30pm. It is not 8:30pm yet. She said it’s pretty close to 8:30pm. Also she said she already wiped the machines so I can’t use it anymore. What made me upset is the super rude attitude:” No! I told you can’t wash! You need to leave!”I had to take my clothes out and left. Then I googled laundromat, drove to Daisy’s laundromat and finished laundry at 9:30pm. The stuff there is friendly and nice. I see smile on her face. Not angry face asking me to leave. Daisy’s laundromat open 6am-12am. They offer free dryers on Monday, free detergent on Friday, and discounts on washers on other days. They even have a small library for customers."
