"Extremely disappointed! I took my wedding dress and veil here to be cleaned and they lost my veil. They never held themselves accountable, not even an apology. They just told me that they did not recall seeing the veil and that they had checked the wedding dress garment bag and only saw the dress. I find it hard to believe that a veil would just go missing all on its own especially when I placed it in the bag along with my wedding dress. Very poor customer service especially from the man (it’s a couple that runs the place) who owns the business. Needless to say, they will be getting no more of my money."

"Very sweet lady! She is super quick and efficient! Pricing is amazing and extremely fair. I mainly came here to get my dresses hemmed but my family also comes here to get other clothes hemmed/altered. I feel so bad that every time I’ve come, that I need my dresses hemmed within two days. However, she does them no problem!"
