"This place used to be good. I am a regular customer for this place for almost 3 years. It seems that the owner of this place has neglected his business. Many of the machines are not working (the card reader). The prices got very high! The lady with glasses who work there are so rude never help and keep ignoring talking to anybody (unless you speak Spanish)"
"The lady with the glasses can never help or answer any of my questions. She always redirects me and talks to me with a rude tone. All she can do is the laundry and ring people out. Any thing else don’t bother asking her."
"I went today there in two towers were missing, I always take pictures of the machines I’m using so I keep track of it and I went to do laundry and my towers went missing. That’s the only thing I noticed but probably something else went missing as well. it’s not the fact that I lost it. Also the problem that clothes are not safe there anymore. I went back to talk to the employee and she couldn’t help me. I asked for help or the number of the owner or somebody that can check that out for me and she said nobody can. I’m really disappointed because this is the laundry. I’ve been going for the last six years and today it was two hours but who knows what’s next"
