"I'm 72 first time user and found the directions a little confusing. I ended up getting 3 keys when I only needed 1 and paid for 2. All 3 keys worked very well right from the start. I will buy Minute Keys when I need more keys. After the confusion left, A Good experience."

"Watch Out ! The machine ask if you want a free key, after you pay for the first one at $5 unless you want to 2 extras for 5 dollars that's 3 keys for $10 like me. Ignore the message. After I realized what happened even though the keys were not made, I could not cancel the transaction. As I been told , you don't nothing for free."

"I had 3 copies of a Y2 style key made. While all 3 copies open the lock, they seem to bind slightly. The doesn’t turn as freely as it does when I use the original key. I have to turn the key back to its original position to remove it. When I use the original key it freely spins back to the original position without me turning it. The keys work, just not the same as the original."

"Took longer than a minute to go through all the steps on the computer. The computer kept asking if I wanted additional keys and donations to various charities. I just wanted a key made. The key works that's why I give it 4 stars, but it does take longer that one minute. Next time, hardware store."
