"Michael Anthony was recommended to me by multiple friends & family members who said it was a trustworthy spot. I went once before and had a positive experience, so I came back when I needed a pretty big job done getting my AC repaired. First, what I was told would be a one-day job wound up taking two. Inconvenient... but I get it, these things happen. I pick up my car after two days and the AC is fixed. Great. But then, as soon as I get my car home I notice that one of my door handles has been completely ripped off the car. At this point they are closed so I call the next day and explain what I've found. I'm told "this has happened before" and that likely someone tried to break into the car while it was in their lot overnight "looking for spare change." They tell me they will talk to the owner about the situation and call me back. A few days pass, no call. I follow up myself and I get told that the parts are difficult to acquire and that "a body shop would be better suited to fix something like this." I then ask, "So you aren't gonna do anything to help me fix damage that was done to my car while it was in your lot." The response was "Unfortunately not. Sometimes these things don't go the way we hope." Wow. I gave this company over $1500 to repair my car, and I got it back needing $500 in new repairs because their lot isn't secure. Proceed with great caution if you’re leaving your car in their care."

"My boss recommended Michael Anthony mechanic shop. I went in on a Wednesday morning asked them if they can check my fluids. They did on the spot complimentary. I had a leak. I made an appointment for Thursday morning to bring my car back to them. I brought my car back Tim was very helpful and courteous. They gave me a phone call to let me know what the problem is and how much it was going to cost to repair it and the time that it would be ready. Very professional very knowledgeable explained everything to me I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you guys."
