"Very disappointed. I saw this place had good reviews. I called numerous places for an oil change. I didn’t go anywhere else and I came here because I saw there was good reviews. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and they told me 2:30 PM today. I showed up and I had to wait a little bit to be seen which is fine. But when the gentleman came out, he started talking to the people behind me instead of tending to me. And then I asked him how long I would have to wait for them to start my 2:30pm oil change. he told me 45 minutes. Very disappointing because it was urgent and I didn’t go anywhere else because of the appointment I had here. Had I known I would’ve just gone somewhere else and not wasted my time. Next time just be honest. If you’re booked, it’s ok be honest. Don’t schedule me for 2:30pm and then ignore me when I get there, then talk to people behind me- and then my wait is going to be 45 minutes."
