"This place is probably the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. Way over price for no reason. Socks get stuck between door and washer drum and doesn’t get washed correctly. More than half of the machines do not work. Nonetheless they do not even have a restroom for their customers. They said “we go to petco to use the restroom” completely ridiculous. This will be my first and last time going out of my way to a “not so busy laundromat” it’s not wonder."

"I’ve been coming to this place for a while, so you would think that they would try to satisfy a regular customer. But I’ve had it with them. When getting the wash/dry and fold service, they round up the total weight to the next number. So, if your clothes weighs 12.1 lbs. they’ll charge for 13. They’re overcharging all who choose this service. Today, I was charged for a 15 pound bag, when the scale said 12.3. I didn’t even argue. I’m done with them. There’s nothing about it that is even appealing to keep coming back. Don’t waste your time with this place."

"Guess I'll be stuck coming back. Must get a special $2 wash card to use any machine, then you have $0 balance and must add $10 minimum. Add $4 for small soap and one load just cost me $16 lmfao Otherwise, clean, several machines out of order and where NOT very busy as several others were in the area."

"Worst place ever to wash clothes. Machines are overpriced, outdated, and old! They only accept credit and debit card NO TAP TO PAY or Apple Pay accepted. I Used a whole bottle of detergent and I barely saw any soap in my machines during wash. Low water pressure too smh. When I mentioned this to lady working there all she said was ok. As much as they charge you they should be able to afford updated machines. Never coming back here. Save your money."

"It's a good thing this place has dud in it's name because that's exactly what it is. Everything is out of order, including the vending machine and some video game arcade machines. Every 3rd machine is not working. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the woman who worked there helped me navigate the chaos. It's reasonably priced but there are plenty other laundromats around that are equal in price. Their drop off and go is 30cents more per pound than I've seen in the area and its just done on site in the same machines you would use. In a pinch, or if you have to wash a bath mat, it's fine but I wouldn't recommend using this place regularly."
