"The Best dry cleaner and tailor in this area. I brought my dress that was too long for me and was a complicated dress with a lot of embroidery to John and he did it perfectly. John also adjusted some clothes for my husband as well. John is personable and very helpful. Excellent communication and professional. The price is right too. I will never take my clothes to any other dry cleaner."

"Extremely arrogant owner. Highly unethical and immoral manner of doing business. Refused to accept responsibility for losing my wife's coat. Returned the WRONG Winter coat; an uncleaned coat, different style and sizes too small. Claimed that he doesn't make mistakes and then proceeded to ignore me. I will be filing complaints with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, NJ AG's office and on Social Media. Furthermore, I will be seeking legal recourse."

"I wish I could put zero stars. Worst place ever!!! I had brought in a leather jacket and a red North face. My leather jacket was peeling at the end of the sleeves By my hand. I asked if there was any way that could be fixed he told me no. So I told him that there were a few spots that were dirty and if he could clean it. He said yes. When I picked up both of my jackets the leather one completely destroyed. The neck part of the leather completely ripped off. There was also a rip in the middle by the zipper which wasn't there. that the end of it was completely destroyed so there goes my $300 jacket leather jacket that I bought last year. There's no saving it now. The North face when I took off the plastic to look at it. It had a whole bunch of white dots like he used powder detergent. I took it back and showed him and he tried to say it looked like ashes. So I opened the jacket and showed him all on the inside around the stitching there was a bunch of those white dots/powder whatever the hell he used to clean it. So he says no problem he will clean it again. I went back today and he said there's nothing on my jacket. I checked n still had powder everywhere. I asked him what type of soap or detergent HE used and he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He doesn't know what's that. Are you serious!! I asked him what did he use to clean the jacket when he put it in the machine. He said he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He said that it came out from inside the north face. The north face is not made with powder!! Plus there were no rips or nothing for the insides to come out. To top it all he put a safety pin thru the hoodie and made 2 holes on it. If you don't care about your clothes this is the perfect spot for you. If you do save yourself some time and go somewhere else!!"

"I found him very rude, not even wanted to listen anything when I went to pickup my stuff. He treats customer as if he is doing a charity service to them. Forget about giving any feeedback to him, he will not entertain you at all. Save yourself by going to a better place."

"I’ve been going to my old dry cleaners for years until recently I noticed their quality of work wasn’t the best. I discovered John few months ago and I will never change my dry cleaners now! He was able to take out stubborn stains that my old dry cleaners couldn’t. They basically ruined my outfits that John brought back to life! He did that with so many of my clothes. He truly is a chemist at work! I sincerely appreciate his service and professionalism!! Highly recommend!!"
