Laundry Basket

"I am writing this review as a sign on the door does say to leave a google review. I would have given this place a 3 as an honest review. Coming here in the winter is okay as it's usually quiet and cozy. It's pretty quiet and not too busy. It is a public laundromatt and so understandably, it naturally has wear and tear. Recently, the machines are constantly breaking every time I come in, have cracks in the buttons, and have a weird smell. The inside tops of the soap dispensers are covered in mold as well as the inner rims of the machines themselves. The bottom of the carts used to move the laundry are also covered in rust, which can adhere to your wet clothes. Again, wear and tear. After coming here recently, I am no longer returning ever again. The inside of the place was 95 DEGREES with only 2 small fans running, only circulating hot humid air. Laundromatts do get hot due to airflow of dryers running but I didn't see dryers running when I was last recently there. The air conditioner in the front towards the ceiling was OFF when it was already 90 degrees outside (the inside was much hotter than outside since its essentially trapping heat). I understand wanting to save money, henceforth keeping the air conditioner off. But there would be no way I could stay inside to actually fold and do laundry the right way here."

"Machines are great, the place is clean, and the attendant was really helpful. They have large washers and dryers, so I was able to get all my comforters and blankets washed and dried in a short time. Of all the laundromats in the area, I would recommend this one!"

"Being a mom of 2 little girls, laundry piles up faster than I can keep up. Thankfully laundry basket's pick up and delivery service saves me so much time every week. They're always on time and organized! I definitely recommend to use their service!"

"I went to this establishment looking at all the great reviews. However, I had the worst horrible experience ever. I dropped off a very high end white comforter which the label said to wash in a commercial washing machine. I gave very clear instructions to wash in cold water and low tumble dry, and handed the lady two “oxi” pods to use with it for a whiter finish. I kept going back for several days to pick it up since I was informed it’s ready, and no one was there to hand me the comforter. I texted and called and no one called me back. Finally I was able to pick it up almost a week later, but only to find out it was still wet, and had red spots all over it. It’s as though someone drank a bottle of wine over it and spilled the whole bottle. I was shocked to death so I took it back, the girl (Latina and was very nice) did not speak English but felt very bad. She took my number and the owner called me later in the day (sounded like an Indian accent) but was very rude beyond explanation, screamed at me on the phone, did not take any kind of responsibility, and did not even let me speak or finish my sentence. She was not apologetic whatsoever, not empathic, and did not care if I even wrote a bad review or went to small court. I have never experienced such a bad customer service where the owner did not even care about the customer one bit. I am never going back there and if you are reading this review, I highly recommend you don’t. Stay away!"

"If I could negative one stars I would , this is the worst wash and fold service I have ever gotten ! First off I walked in and the entire place stunk I should’ve walked out right there but I didn’t and I just said well sometimes laundry mats have the water smell you know , well The women I spoke with was older and I wasn’t sure if she was drunk or just older but now I know she’s a drinker since she smelled like cigs and alc when I picked up my clothing . When I picked up the card machine was down no problem I accommodated and sent my payment via Zelle . I get home just to see that my laundry is so unorganized folded terribly and just not professionally taken care of I asked that my daughters clothing stay separated like I gave it to her and it wasn’t it was mixed in with mine and I will insert photos of how my clothing came folded back to me , sweaters inside out clothing everywhere Just not worth spending a little less go pay 50cents more to have your clothing taken care of correctly trust me it’s not worth the few extra dollars in your wallet . I wish the owners would reach out to me because honestly I want a refund or to be compensated for having to refill all my clothing Clearly this lady just does not care or simply does not know that people don’t put there’s clothing away inside out …"
